What is Graft vs. Host Disease.
Graft vs. Host (GVH)happens when a person receiving Bone Marrow Transplantation - usually due to adult leukemia, started to attack his/her own cells. The transplanted cells start to recognize the new body as being foreign and starts to reject.
GVH symptoms often include dry eyes, in both acute and chronic cases.

I had a bone marrow transplant almost 4 years ago due to leukemia.
