Simple Meditation Practice To Relief Dry Eyes

Many of our customers has jobs that require long hours in front of a computer, stress full situations that created the dry eye conditions in the first place.  Now there is a new and simple meditation technique that help you relax, restore and revive.  You can do this in your office, at home, anywhere.
Here is what you do:


  • Find a quiet place with dim lights and sit in a chair with your feet comfortably on the floor,  See photo above.
  • Close your eyes and start counting your breath.  Feel your breath in and out. Try to count up to at least 12 breaths without any thoughts that are occurring to you, just focus on your breath. 
  • Keep all thoughts out of your mind.  It is common that you will start thinking about the chore you have for today, tasks that is waiting for you.  If this is the case, start over again with counting 1.
  • Do this for 10 minutes.
  • Open your eyes, and you will feel you just took a nap.  
Do this daily for 10 minutes, and you will feel more relaxed, ready to tackle your day with ease.
